For the benefit of all F'uglies patrons, current and future BEWARE OF PP affectionately nicknamed the Parking Police.
Our neighboring landowner is unwilling to communicate, negotiate and is closed to any possibility of us being parking space friendly for the benefit of his current and future tenants or his newest unwanted neighbors, US. He has posted the necessary signage to TOW any vehicle which infringes on his property.
This has not occurred yet and we will of course comply BY following the rules set before us. We have made it this far and will continue to PROSPER in spite of every obstacle we HAVE FACED.
TIME TO GROW UPPPPPPPPPPP! ... WHY CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?
INCIDENT REPORTS TO DATE: enjoy, its a good read.
August 18th: Neighboring landowners son Jason placed a call to the local waste refuse dept. to have the F'uglies dumpster moved. When the dumpster was clearly on our land. What a waste (get it) of time on his part to attempt such action. Kinda ballsy but hey daddy must have said do it or else.
Results: The dumpster man that was dispatched unnecessarily for this move and was advised to return to the office and tell the dispatcher that the neighbor has NO authority to make such a request and please note this on the record.
August a week or so later: Early morning neighboring landowner is seen speaking with the same dumpster man with the same intention of getting the dumpster moved to some other location that he feels is more appropriately suited. hmmmm.
Results: Owner Operator Theresa Emmanuele goes high heels to penny loafers with this neighbor advising to cease such further unnecessary requests from the dumpster co. F'uglies will determine where the dumpster will remain and choose to move it at will. But we like it just where it is. Theresa furthermore and for the record took a picture of the location and placement of the dumpster and will maintain this on file for future reference.
